HOW DO I SET UP MY FILES FOR PRINTING? In general, provide us with an extra 0.125” on each side for bleeds. For banners with hemming, give us about 1” extra on all sides, and ensure your artwork is approximately 2” from the finished side to prevent cutting off during grommeting. If you're unsure, feel free to ask us, and we'll provide a template guideline to assist you. We will send you a quick online proof. Our goal is to ensure your product is printed correctly. SETTING UP IMAGES: Ensure all images are at 300 dpi for optimal clarity. For example, if you're creating a 2 ft. x 3 ft. sign, but the original image is only 4” x 4”, enlarging it six times means the initial 300 dpi becomes 50 dpi. Before sending us the file(s), double-check by opening it on your computer, expanding the viewing to 400%, and confirming that what you see is acceptable. DO YOU OFFER DESIGN SERVICES? Absolutely. Whether you sketch your vision on paper or share high-resolution logos or images of something you like via email, our team can bring your ideas to life.
