If you or order before noon and don’t require a virtual proof and the file is great to create yes. Order on Monday before 12 noon and pick-up on Wednesday by end of day. If you choose ship, it will leave our facility on Wednesday. CAN YOU PRINT THEM SAME BUSINESS DAY? Since everything is done in-house. Extreme same day rush, we really push it. Your order must be in by 10 am. The only trick is you have to make sure you give us a phone number that you answer, since our design and laser teams may call you for any complications. These are created Monday to Friday and not on statutory holidays. DO YOU USE RUBBER OR POLYMER FOR RUBBER STAMPS? We only use premium rubber and not polymer. The quality of rubber with the combination of our state-of-the- art European lasers is far superior to polymer stamps. Since all of these stamps are created on-site, you can really rely on the exceptional quality. All items are triple checked and tested before they are ready for pick-up or ship. IS YOUR PRODUCT 100% GUARANTEED? Since it’s all done in-house. We have the ability to catch issues right away and quickly remake them if needed. If we didn’t create them per your proof or it was defective, well we will gladly re-make it. Simply return the damaged product and we will have it remade as a rush. CAN WE SEND YOU OUR ARTWORK? Absolutely. Vector files always work very well. What kind of file types can I send you: • You can send us MSWord® file (save it as a PDF) • JPEG, PNG, GIF (Make sure it’s in black and white and at 300 dpi - no half-tones) • PDF or SVG (Make sure all fonts are converted to curves) I HAVE A LOGO, BUT IT’S NOT A GREAT QUALITY CAN YOU FIX IT? Quick answer is yes. But not all logo’s are created equally. If it is a simply fix, it may not be much extra, but if it is complicated, it will be based on the time it takes. IF YOUR SITE SAYS 4 DAYS PRODUCTION, IS IT REALLY 4 DAYS? Once you approve your proof, the item goes into production. It is ready on the 4th business day for pick-up or will ship-out on the 4th business day. Business days are counted as Monday thru Friday. CAN YOU GET THEM PRINTED NEXT BUSINESS DAY? There may be rush charges, but YES, WE CAN as long as we have the supply. DO YOU USE RUBBER OR POLYMER FOR RUBBER STAMPS? Even though polymer is cheaper, we only use PREMIUM REAL BLUE OR GRAY RUBBER. When it comes to quality, we don’t cut corners. WILL IT STAMP MY PACKAGING MATERIAL? Simple answer? Rubber stamps do not replace the quality of having something printed. It is a more economical way of branding your packages. We have inks that are suited for porous and non-porous (glossy materials, plastics, metals, etc.) surfaces. If your material is not completely flat, the impression may not be perfect. We are not consultants on paper, since there are so many variations of paper stocks and how the paper condition is prior to stamping. If you are not sure, you have to consult with the paper supplier and if you have to, you can order a small stamp at your risk, try it on the stock and if it is okay, they you can order a larger one. CAN WE SEND YOU OUR ARTWORK? Absolutely. Vector works the best, but you can send us a high resolution 300 dpi image. Must be in black and white. No halftones or colours. DO YOU PROVIDE FREE DESIGN SERVICE? Basic set-up is FREE! That means set-up with text and perhaps adding a logo is basic. Creative work like special artwork or creating a form is a little extra. All designing is done in-house. EMBOSSERS - DO YOU LASER THEM AND ARE THE MATERIALS PREMIUM? Yes, they are all engraved using our state-of-the art laser technology. We use white or black base to engrave and that provide optimum quality and stamping. DO YOU HAVE 100% QUALITY GUARANTEE? Since we do everything in-house we have a lot of control of what is completed. Our craftsmen check, then our quality control check and finally the packing team checks. We really take great effort in making sure it is done the best possible way. If for any reason, there is an issue with the mechanism, you can send it back to us or drop-it-off and our team can fix it. In 2023. we have had non returned or have had any issues.
