We will send you a replacement stamp at no additional charge upon receiving the original stamp in its original condition. Please contact us and we will immediately process a replacement. Simply send the stamp(s) back to us within 14 days from the date of receiving order to: HARMONY/2454215 Ontario Inc. 103-2349 Fairview Street Burlington, ON L7R 2E3 2) If we are unable to give you a 100% quality satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your stamp, simply return the stamp(s) to us within 14 days of receiving to the address above with a copy of your sales receipt marked "Refund" and we will refund you the price of your purchase, less the cost of shipping and administrative fees. Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your stamp(s). Please note that all items must be returned in brand new original condition In the case where merchandise is returned in a condition other than the one in which it was sent, we may withhold up to 50% restocking fee from the refund amount. Please note that any credit card charge-back claims will incur a $25.00 processing fee plus any other fees associated. 3) Defective Items. Defective items can be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange of the same item. Send the defective item(s) to the address above and we will ship a replacement to you at no charge. 4) Special Orders. If you have special ordered an item that requires pre-ordering to ensure that the item is in stock for your particular order, that order can not be cancelled under any circumstances and no refunds will be provided. If you have decided that your art department or teams can not make a decision on what goes on the special ordered stamp, you can have us store it for you for up to 1 year or you may request us to send these stamps to you. When you do decide to place the impression pads on them, you may resend the items to us at your expense and our team can create the impression pads and install them and ship them back at your expense.
