Is it better to order a kit and make it myself or have your team pre-do them and all I have to do is peel and stick? Part of the fun is making it yourself. Remember, for any occasion and event having free time is very precious. So technically considering time, stress, pre-done ones are better. Our personal advice is to order a kit as a keepsake and order the pre-done ones for less work and they can be made as fast as 48 hours. What is easier to use, wax beads or wax sticks? Beads are easier to control and more consistent. Sticks are great, but you will either have to melt the sticks, break them and melt it or place it in a glue gun, but in a glue gun, you waste wax since the sticks need to be pushed in. Bead colors can also be mixed for a unique marble look! Can we buy beads or sticks at the Burlington, location? Both! The Burlington location is not a retail walk-in location, but yes you can order and pick-up. For the public, we have 5 set colours that are always available, but we can also special order virtually any colour. If you are ordering a kit, you have the option of ordering extra beads or sticks in whichever color(s) you like. Can you create them any size? Our standard is 1” for the brass dies or custom pre-done dies. We also created non standard sizes. For our pre-made types, we offer a lot more options. Ask us for a quote. Design Artwork? Basic setup is free. What that means is when you are ordering, you will see examples of pre-done designs, you can simply replace the designs with your initials or text. If it is your own creation, make sure it is vector and saved as PDF or SVG. Image must be in black and white and not colours or half tones. Need help? Ask us. For the sticker ones are you able to do 25 of them same day? YES. For same day, extreme rush charges will apply and order must be ready to make by 9 am and approved by 11 am. Up to 50 can be created by 4 pm for pick-up or for $29.95 you can have them delivered to you in most GTA areas next business day! Can you print special invitations, place ribbons and a wax seal on them for us? We are a fully equipped laser, print, wax and seal producer. So yes, we can do custom work. By appointment only Monday to Friday from 12 noon to 2 pm. If I wanted to pick-up the wax seal when it’s ready, can I? Yes. When your item is ready, you will be called for pick-up and our team can arrange a designated secure pick-up. Pick-up is generally Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm.
