Where are these seal manufactured
From designing, laser setup to the creation, these are all made in-house in Toronto/Burlington/Hamilton, Ontario.

Can I pick-up the product?
Absolutely. You can pick-up in Burlington, ON by appointment. Monday thru Saturday from 8:30 am to 6:45 pm.
Quality control?
1.
The design team makes and converts it to a workable laser file.
2.
Then the craftsman team carefully runs the die on our unique lasers
3.
Item goes back to the design team, they will use that die to make the wax seal to ensure it is done
right. If there are issues, it goes back to the craftsman to correct it.
4.
It then goes to packing after completion. As a double check, they will too check the artwork, with the die and
the sample.
5.
Then it will ship or ready for pick-up
To us it is very important to have them done right the first time. That is priceless.
Do you provide bulk discount, if I need of the same type 12 or more?
Absolutely. Many corporate and franchise companies order from us and even have us drop ship them within
Canada and USA. If this is what you are looking 12 or more, ask our team for discounts.
Is designing FREE?
Basic setup like having up to 9 lines of text in Arial or Times or adding a logo is FREE. You can even setup yourself
using MSWord®, Corel or other programs and send it to us a a PDF. Make sure it is 100% black. No colours or
halftones.
I have a logo in colour, but it’s not vector, can you help?
We have an in-house creative team. Our team offers vectorization. One is a subsidized method where we create it
for a nominal fee, but we don’t give you the vector and the other is we create it and give you the full file.
I am printing on boxes, what if it doesn’t work or will it print like printing?
Not all boxes are printed equal the same. Some have a smoother surface, some are uneven due to the corrugated
design and some are simply flat. All our stamps are created with rubber and not polymer, so the quality is
exceptional. If you order the packaging stamp, the engraving is deeper and this means that it is deeper. The metal
ones come with and option for a really thick rubber that is 2X thicker, so it give you more dept. Overall, you may
have to find a method yourself to have it work the way you want. Note, it is not like having the boxes printed on a
printing press.
Can I use the stamps using your unique permanent stamps or other marking stamps?
The rubber we use is friendly to all the inks we sell on our site. Need help ask us. You can also visit our production
site in Burlington, ON (Monday to Friday by appointment).
Can you ship them to me or to someone else?
Yes we can.
It’s only $9.95 and takes 1-6 business days. Closer you are to us in Burlington the faster it is.
We do offer courier at $30 to many GTA areas, just check with us.
WAX SEAL CREATIONS?
These are done in-house in Burlington, ON. Hand crafted by our skilled
team. From design, creation, packing to completion.
Is it better to order a kit and make it myself or have
your team pre-do them and all I have to do is peel
and stick?
Having them created by us will save you a lot of time and money. But
since we make the seals and seal kits, you can or the seals and beads
too, incase you need non essential later if you have time.
What is easier to use, wax beads or wax sticks?
Beads are easier to control and more consistent. Sticks are great, but
you will either have to melt the sticks, break them and melt it or place it
in a glue gun, but in a glue gun, you waste wax since the sticks need to
be pushed in. Bead colors can also be mixed for a unique marble look!
Can we buy beads or sticks at the Burlington,
location?
Both! The Burlington location is not a retail walk-in location, but yes you
can order and pick-up. For the public, we have 5 set colours that are
always available, but we can also special order virtually any colour. If
you are ordering a kit, you have the option of ordering extra beads or
sticks in whichever color(s) you like.
Can you create them any size?
1” is our standard size, but we can have them made at 2” too.
Design Artwork?

Select from our pre-made templates at no extra charge.
2.
Send us your own monogram in vector in PDF or SVG versions.
3.
We also offer custom creation from your own hand drawings.
For the sticker ones are you able to do 25 of them
same day?
YES. For same day, extreme rush charges will apply and order must be
ready to make by 9 am and approved by 11 am. Up to 50 can be created
by 4 pm for pick-up or for $29.95 you can have them delivered to you in
most GTA areas next business day!
Can you print unique invitations, place ribbons with
wax seals and print the envelopes in gold or silver
imprinted name and address?
Absolutely. We can create invites in wood, card, velvet, acrylic and add
a touch of gold, silver and even add our wax creations. The posibilities
are almost endless.
Can we come-in and place the order at the
production centre or design centre?
Yes. By appointment only Monday to Friday from 12 noon to 2 pm.
Are you able to ship brass wax seals made and
shipped overnight?
Based on our accepted design and if your order is in by 10 am Monday
thru Thursday, yes we can. It’s all created in-house.
